When your free trial ends, ScaleXP shows the Access Paused: Trial Expired page instead of your data. You can subscribe from that page yourself, and your access comes back as soon as your subscription is active.
How to subscribe
- On the Access Paused: Trial Expired page, click Subscribe.
- On Choose your plan, choose Monthly or Yearly billing, then click Select plan on the plan you want.
- Choose your Billing country and click Subscribe Now. You will be taken to a secure checkout page to enter your payment details.
- Once payment is complete, ScaleXP activates your subscription. This can take a few moments. When you see You're all set!, click Go to dashboard. If you see Payment received instead, click Continue: your plan updates automatically.
