How do I identify merged customers?

To identify customers which have been merged in ScaleXP, use the 'Merge/Rename Customers' button on the Customers tab, which is found within the three dots icon at the top right of the page. 

Look for customers which have an “expand” button at the right, rather than just a pencil icon.

Click on the expand button to see the list of merged customers.
