The ScaleXP MCP connector lets you ask Claude questions about your ScaleXP data in plain English - for example "Which customers generated the most revenue last quarter?" or "Export the customer report for January to March as Excel" - with secure, read-only access to one ScaleXP organization.

Before you start
- You need the Admin role in the ScaleXP organization you want to connect - see How to add team members and change permission levels.
- You need access to custom connectors in Claude on the web (claude.ai). On Claude Team or Enterprise, your organization owner may need to add the connector first.
What Claude can access
- Access is read-only: the connector can read data and generate supported report exports, but cannot create, change or delete anything in ScaleXP.
- Each connection is limited to the organization you select at sign-in. To work with another organization, disconnect and connect again.
- Every request is logged for audit purposes, and you can disconnect at any time from Claude's Connectors settings.
