Why to change your journal start date
- The journal start date reflects the date from which you can use ScaleXP automated journal suggestions
- This is a reminder to you and anyone else using the system that data from ScaleXP can only be used for documenting balance sheet data from the start date forward
- Prior to the start date, you may be missing correct recognition dates and/or invoices, leading to misleading or missing suggestions
