If Revenue per Customer doesn’t look right, you can change how revenue or the customer count is defined, or the time period each one covers.
Default definition
The metric is called Revenue per Customer per Month. By default, it is Total Revenue from the Profit & Loss in the current month, divided by Active Customers in the current month from the default report on the Customers tab (by default, 2. MRR).

How to change it
- Click Settings at the top of the page and select Metric library.
- Find Revenue per Customer per Month and click Edit metric. Click Ok on the message that changes affect all users.

- To change where a number comes from, click its title, for example Total Revenue, and choose another metric or account.
- To change the time period, click the line below the title, for example Latest value. Under How this value is calculated, choose:
- Value - a single month, for example the current month
- Sum - the total over a period, for example the last 3 months
