The Journals tab (top bar) allows you to manage your month end tasks in one place, including posting journals for revenue recognition and prepaid expenses.
From here, you can review invoices and bills to ensure correct revenue and cost recognition, then post journals to QuickBooks or Xero, as well as record your progress and keep notes.

In the journals tab, select your Accounting Close month (top right dropdown).
- Use the “Status” column to keep track of progress.
- Use the Comments at the right to record notes, record who has completed the task, etc.
