How to create and link a customer page report
You can create an unlimited number of reports on the customer page. These can be of any type:
- Revenue Recognition
- Monthly Recurring Revenue
- Annual Recurring Revenue
- IFRS/GAAP
You can filter for any combination of accounts and/or invoice types.

How to set the default MRR report
Any report on this page can be selected as the global report and any report can be used in Reports, Dashboards, Presentations, and Metrics. To select a report other than global when editing a metric or formula, go to ScaleXP Customer page data and select MRR or Customer.
- For monetary amounts from the Customer page, first select MRR
- Then click on the row to select the report to use.


- For customer numbers, first select the customer type, then select the report to use.
