This article shows you how to find your dashboards, change the currency and month they display, and add, customize, download, and share charts and KPIs. Every chart you build here is also available for use in presentations.
Find your dashboards
- Click Dashboards in the top menu bar.
- In the sidebar on the left, select the dashboard you want to view. A number of dashboards are already set up for you, and the ones you star appear at the top under Starred.
- To add a new dashboard, click + New at the top of the sidebar — see How to create a new dashboard.
Dashboards are shared between all users in a company, so any changes and improvements you make are visible to everyone, creating a natural place to share information and collaborate with your colleagues.
Change the currency and month
Use the month and currency dropdowns at the top right of the dashboard to change the period and currency used for every chart on the page.
Add and customize charts
- To add a chart or KPI tile, click Add a Chart or Add a KPI at the top of the dashboard — see How to create a new chart.
- To move, resize, or delete a chart, see How to move, resize or delete an existing chart.
- To change date ranges, add or remove a data series, rename, show data for one or several subsidiaries, or otherwise reconfigure a chart, see How to customize a chart.
- To hide any element of a chart, click that element in the legend — see How do I hide or unhide a graph component?.
Download, copy, and share
- To download a chart or graph, see How do I download a chart or graph?.
- To copy a chart to another dashboard, see How to copy a chart.
- To share a dashboard with colleagues or guests, click Share at the top right.
- To check the transactions behind a figure shown in a chart, open the matching report on the Reports tab and select the account row — see How to see transaction detail behind account balances.
