How to view and download all your expenses

Where to find a summary report of all expenses as recognized

Use the Add Accruals page in Journals to see all expenses, including billed, spent, and accrued (except those below your minimum threshold).


View all expenses

Use the Add Accruals page to view all expenses.

Select As Spent or IFRS/GAAP view as explained in As Spent versus IFRS / GAAP view.

Filter by:

  • Bill Status (bills, bank transactions, and accruals);
  • account;
  • months of expense recognition.

See a summary by account at the top, and a summary by supplier below; click to see further detail.

Download all expenses

The downloads reflect the views and filters on the page (IFRS vs As Spent, account filters, and so on) as well as the minimum threshold set for journals. From here, you can download both summary and detailed files.

  • Provides an Excel version of the Add Accruals page.
