Each step below takes you to an article with a list of activities to complete your onboarding. Pick and choose the relevant actions for your business.

Skipping these steps may result in inaccurate data so it’s crucial to invest the time to set ScaleXP up correctly.

Step 1: Connect your dataConnect your accounting platform[s] to bring your chart of accounts and invoice data into ScaleXP and your CRM for revenue forecasting.

Step 2: Configure your dataBefore any of the template pages, reports and dashboards can show accurate data, you must first configure things like MRR, CAC, P&L, Balance Sheet and CRM fields.
Step 3: Clean your dataWhile configuring your data allows you to see the data in the right places, most customers will have to do some degree of cleaning historical data and adjusting invoice formats for ScaleXP to detect the data.
Step 4: Create your reports and dashboardsWith clean and configured data, the default reports in ScaleXP should get you close to where you need. Use these as templates to get your standard set of reports.

We recommend completing steps 1 through 4 for your Accounting data first before moving on to CRM.
