Why is my accounting data not updating when I sync?

If you are not seeing the expected impact in your reports when you activate an immediate sync, it may be that you have made changes outside the import period.

By default, ScaleXP only re-imports accounting data going back 6 months.

However it is super easy to change this at any time.

 

Just go to Load Data (top bar) >Connections (left sidebar).  Select the three dots in your accounting connection.

Then select Configure.

Go to Section 6: “Daily sync imports data for the last” and select the timeframe of your choice.

Make your selection and Save your changes.

  • You can import data up to 48 months in the past.
  • To reduce load times for regular use, we suggest keeping a shorter timeframe in settings, and changing as and when required.
