Data is synced daily from all of your connected systems. If you need to sync more frequently, it is quick and easy to do so.
Just navigate to Load Data and press “Sync Now” for the relevant systems.
Please keep in mind that accounting connections are at the subsidiary level and CRM data is imported at the parent company level.
y default, ScaleXP only re-imports accounting data going back 6 months.
However it is super easy to change this at any time. See How often is data imported? When is data synched?
