ScaleXP Invoicing creates invoices in Xero or QuickBooks Online straight from your HubSpot deals. The deal already holds the customer, products and amounts, so you check the details and sync. Payment status and other invoice details then flow back onto the deal.

Before you start
- A HubSpot user with the App Marketplace Access permission, to install the app.
- A Xero or QuickBooks Online user who can connect apps.
- Products in your accounting system with codes (SKUs) you can match to HubSpot.
Set up in four steps
- Step 1: Install ScaleXP Invoicing in HubSpot
- Step 2: Configure ScaleXP Invoicing
- Step 3: Map HubSpot products to Xero or QuickBooks
- Step 4: Send your first invoice from HubSpot
How your data maps
- Contacts: the deal's company or contact is matched to the customer in Xero or QuickBooks Online.
- Products: each line item's SKU is matched to a product, which sets the account and tax rate.
- Accounts and taxes: come from your accounting system, so each line is coded correctly.
- Prices and descriptions: come from the HubSpot line items.
