This video walks you through the setup of 2FA (two factor authentication) in ScaleXP.

Two Factor Authentication is configured in the parent company for consolidated companies and cascades to all subsidiaries automatically.

Setup can be found in Settings → Organization Settings → Two Factor Authentication.

Check the box to turn on for your organisation, then log out and log back in to test.

If a user switches between subsidiaries or returns to the parent organization, they will see the Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) screen each time unless they select ‘Remember this device for 30 days’.
