I can't log in to ScaleXP - why not?

If you are asked to create a new organisation when you go to the ScaleXP log in screen, it is likely that you have a log in issue.  See below.

If you have logged into ScaleXP before

  1. If you have logged in to this ScaleXP organisation before, you may have done so using a different email address or login method.   
    1. If you previously logged in using Xero, then you must use the Xero login in option again (this is required in order to match up the security authorisation for your email address).
    2. If you previously logged in using an invitation to your email address, then you must continue to use the email login, not Xero.   
  2. If you have logged into ScaleXP using the same email but for a different company, then the above authentication rules will still apply - you must use the same method previously associated with the email address in ScaleXP.

If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset option.

If you can not recall which email or login method you used, you can contact support@scalexp.com and we can let you know.

If you have never logged into ScaleXP before

If you were not the person who set up the ScaleXP account, you must have that person (or another admin on the account) send you an invitation by email.

Once you have received that invitation, you must find it and click on the link to accept it.

The email sender will be ScaleXP.  You may need to look in Spam, All Mail, or another box to find it.

Once you locate the invitation, click “Accept Invitation.”  Should you have any issues with the invitation button provided, you can also copy the url provided in the invitation.

Once you have accepted your personalised invitation, you will be asked to set up a ScaleXP password.  You will then be able to log in using the email in the invitation.
