How to Add a Subgroup to Reports

Before we add the subgroup, ensure you have setup subgroups via this article here. How to configure your P&L and Balance Sheet in ScaleXP (single company)

Once you have added these, head on over to the 'Reports' tab and select the report you are looking to have subgroups in.

From here, select ‘Edit’ and then ‘Edit Report’.

Next, you will need to click ‘Click to Start’ and type in the subgroup you added via the ‘Configure P&L, BS’ page and select it. Ensure you click' Done' to add the row.

You will know you have selected a subgroup as it will say ‘Financial Subgroup’ above your selection.

Just like that, you've now added the subgroup to your report!
